Mantra Restaurant Showcases Fine Wines at Monthly Tasting Event
Ridge Winery Featured at February 28 “Wine Hour” Mixer

Palo Alto, CA - Mantra Restaurant has announced a Ridge Winery “Wine Hour” tasting event scheduled for Wednesday, February 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. David Gates, Vice President and Manager of Ridge Vineyard Operations, will be present at the event.

Tastes of four Ridge Winery offerings will be paired with appetizers prepared by Mantra Executive Chef Sachin Chopra. The cost is $25.00 inclusive of tax and gratuity and space limited. Subsequent featured wineries will include Paul Hobbs from Napa, Truchard Vineyards from Carneros and other premier wineries located in California and beyond.

Mantra is known for its California cuisine with a dash of India. Showcasing renowned wines is also a hallmark of the restaurant. Mantra is located at 632 Emerson Street near University Avenue, in Palo Alto, California. Dinner is served nightly, Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The Daru Lounge is open until 11:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
