Mantra Restaurant Showcases Fine Wines at Monthly Tasting Event
Domaine Barons de Rothschild Wines Featured at 10/24 “Wine Hours” Mixer

Palo Alto, CA - Mantra Restaurant has announced a Domaine Barons de Rothschild wine tasting event scheduled for Wednesday, October 24 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Joe Zapata, Sales Director of Domaine Barons de Rothschild Wineries and Pasternak Wines, will be present at the event.

Tastes of five of Rothschild’s famous wines from France, Chile, Argentina and Portugal will be paired with five appetizers prepared by Mantra Executive Chef Sachin Chopra. The cost is $25.00 inclusive of tax and gratuity. Space is limited. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling (650) 322-3500 or emailing to reservations@mantrapaloalto.com. Guests are invited to stay for a Rothschild wines paired dinner following the tasting.

Mantra is known for its California cuisine with a dash of India and was recently named a “Top 100” restaurant by the San Francisco Chronicle. Showcasing renowned wines is also a hallmark of Mantra. Mantra is located at 632 Emerson Street near University Avenue, in Palo Alto, California. Dinner is served nightly, Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The Daru Lounge is open until 11:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
