Mantra Restaurant Showcases Fine Wines at Monthly Tasting Event
De Tierra Vineyards Wines Featured at 1/23 “Wine Hours” Mixer

Palo Alto, CA - Mantra Restaurant has announced a De Tierra Vineyards wine tasting event scheduled for Wednesday, January 23 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. David Covetry, Winemaker for De Tierra Vineyards, will be present at the event.

Tastes of five of De Tierra Vineyards wines will be paired with five appetizers prepared by Mantra Executive Chef Sachin Chopra. The cost is $29.00 inclusive of tax and gratuity. Space is limited. Mantra is known for its California cuisine with a dash of India and has been named a 2007 “Top 100” restaurant by the San Francisco Chronicle. Showcasing renowned wines is also a hallmark of Mantra. Mantra is located at 632 Emerson Street near University Avenue, in Palo Alto, California. Dinner is served nightly, Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The Daru Lounge is open until 11:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
