In celebration of Bastille Day, July 14, Chez Papa Resto in San Francisco will offer a 3-course prix fixe menu for $55.00 or $80.00 with wine pairing. The menu has been created by Executive Chef David Bazirgan and entrée choices will include Loch Duart Salmon with Citrus Mélange, Orange Braised Fennel and Opal Basil; Slow Poached Alaskan Halibut with Leek Ribbons, Asparagus, Black Truffle Emulsion, and Sel Gris; Châteauneuf du Pape Braised Lamb Daube with Market Vegetables and Rosemary Oil; or Grilled Painted Hills Farm New York Steak with Sauce Béarnaise and Frites.
