Three soup choices including Red Kuri squash soup, sherried mascarpone, maple bacon; Chestnut soup, shaved fennel, Provençal olives; and Turkey consommé, turkey rillette and mirepoix, followed by a second course with options including Young lettuces, avocado, toasted almonds, lemon-soy vinaigrette; Roasted baby beets, Humboldt Fog goat cheese, tarragon-citrus coulis; Risotto, Spanish chorizo, Idiazabal cheese, mixed baby vegetables; and Seared scallops, celery root purée, vanilla-braised endive, sauce ravigote. Main course choices are Pork loin and beer sausage, housemade sauerkraut, squash purée; Arctic Char, Beluga lentils, cauliflower purée, curried almond vinaigrette; Braised short ribs, créme fraîche potatoes, black trumpet mushrooms; and Roasted turkey breast & confit leg with Grandma’s stuffing and cranberry sauce, followed by the following tempting dessert choices, Apple-cranberry crumble. crème anglaise, apple cider; Warm chocolate fondant, liquid caramel, fleur de sel; Pecan tart, bourbon glaze, maple ice cream; and Trio of Autumn sorbets ~ pumpkin pie, pomegranate, and pear.
