Ozumo Oakland Enhances Family Holiday Outings by Adding Seasonal Children’s Menu

Ozumo Oakland has introduced a holiday season children’s menu (for those 12 years of age and under) now offered during dinner service through December 31, 2009.

This new, very affordable dining option is an ideal complement to the annual downtown Oakland holiday traditions that many families look forward to. These include shopping expeditions, the Jack London Square tree lighting ceremony (Dec. 4), the lighted yacht parade in the Oakland Estuary (Dec. 5), and the Nutcracker ballet performances at the Paramount Theatre (Dec. 24 through the 27, www.paramounttheatre.com/ballet.html).

Among the selections on the children’s menu are Jidori Bento (grilled organic chicken breast served with rice and bento garnishes); Mixed Tempura Bento (seasonal tempura vegetables served with rice and bento garnishes; Teriyaki Bento (teriyaki salmon served with rice and bento garnishes; and Yaki Udon (udon noodles sautéed with vegetables and Tonkatsu sauce).
