Tuesday March 13th, 9:30am and 11:00am at Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium, Marin Center, San Rafael
[For children PreK-5th] In a musical trip through pre-history, enormous dinosaurs populate the stage. Mammoth Follies explores the wonders of advancement in an old-fashioned revue of original songs, witty jokes, and earth-smashing dances performed by giant dinosaurs. This program will dramatize historic and scientific facts (as well as some myths) about the great age of the dinosaur. This show, performed by The Hudson Vagabond Puppets, is sure to be a mammoth hit!

The performers of Hudson Vagabond Puppets are professional dancers and actors creating larger-than-life puppetry and mask programs. HVP tours nationally throughout the year and has preformed in concert halls, theatres, colleges, and major performing art centers. Clad in black, the puppeteers borrow from the traditional Japanese Bunraku style of puppetry, becoming mere shadows of the enormous figures they bring to life.
Tickets are $8.50 per seat for students, teachers, parents and chaperones. Scholarship seating for children on the free lunch program is $4.00 per seat. For more information go to www.youthinarts.org or call 415-457-4878
